By purchasing yarn from String Theory, you’re lifting up a number of small and female-owned businesses. We help women in Rwanda, who survived the genocide, educate a new generation. We help women in Uruguay find meaningful work without leaving their rural homes. We help a family in New Hampshire maintain a mill, a tradition spanning hundreds of years. We help restore the Patagonia Grasslands by encouraging sustainable farming.Every yarn we stock makes a positive impact.
This is a crescent shaped shawl which can be wrapped around your neck a few times or held with a shawl stick or pin. Designed to include eyelet rows for visual interest and so the shaping would be a bit more shallow in the crescent and wrap more like a scarf. Of course, it works as a shawl very nicely too!
Included in your kit are the following:
(2) 2 skeins total Superfine Fingering (in colors shown) superwash merino/nylon blend.
Hand wash, lay flat to dry
You will also need US6 needle.
Made in Canada

I love the yarn. The feel and texture was so soft. I was never a big knitter until I found your website and now I can’t wait for the next class! Everyone is so sweet as I call or email the shop when I need help. I live in Woodville, Alabama, so I can’t just stop by. Thanks to all of you!
