Time: 7:00-8:30pm Central Time

Instructor: Carol

Description: Beginner-friendly pattern. Learn to make this versatile elongated crochet scarf.  You can wear it as a shawl or as a long scarf.  The crochet stitches look like knit and have a wonderful drape to the fabric.  It is the perfect size to throw on with any outfit for a pop of color. It is your choice to do either a single color or 2-color striped version.  Both will utilize 2 skeins of either DK or Worsted weight.

  • Class 1 - Overall pattern details, how to begin increase rows, how to change colors for a striped version, tips/tricks outside of the pattern
  • Class 2 - Decrease section and finishing your scarf

Supplies:

  • You will need to purchase and download Opposites Attract Kerchief Pattern
  • 5mm crochet hook
  • 2 skeins in total of any DK or Worsted weight yarn.  Your choice of a single color or mix them.  We recommend a fun striped mixture of one skein of Marla and one skein or a coordinating Sami

Homework: Just make sure you have your yarns and pattern.

The zoom link will be emailed prior to class.

Cost: $30
