Portland Syrups are brewed and bottled in small batches by real people (not machines) at their facility in SE Portland, Oregon. They source raw materials purchased locally, where possible, from companies they feel good about.
Citrus Passion Fruit: a tropical twist! This syrup has a delicate blend of passionfruit, key lime, and blood orange making it the perfect refreshing syrup to add to your favorite soda water and liquors alike. Mixes well with Rum, Vodka, Gin, Tequila and Bourbon.
Ginger: This intense ginger syrup is brewed with mountains of whole fresh ginger root with Japanese chilies added for an authentic, slightly hot finish. Use this flavor powerhouse to mix up Moscow Mules, Whiskey-Gingers, and Dark & Stormies that will have your guests lost for words! Simply add to any unflavored sparkling water and build your drink as you would with a ready-to-drink ginger beer or ginger ale.
Grapefruit Tonic: The Grapefruit Tonic works both as a mocktail (our personal favorite use) or as a Gin & Tonic / Vodka Tonic. The layered flavor starts with a bite of fresh grapefruit and is rounded out with floral notes from elderflower and a touch of bitterness from quinine. We think this is the perfect addition to your drink repertoire whether you are mixing with booze or creating a delicious N/A treat.

Mango Habanero: Mango habanero is a blast of summer! Bursting with the sweet heat, this flavor is rounded out with notes of lemon-lime and bergamot orange. It is delicious added to sparkling water or your favorite herbal tea as well as the base of your vodka, gin or mezcal cocktails.
Rose City Quinine Tonic: This authentically-brewed whole-ingredient tonic, made with genuine cinchona bark and Rose petals, features a delicate floral layer. Cinchona, the bittering bark from which tonics get their quinine, delivers a complex, gently astringent tonic bite. Mixes well with Gin and Vodka.
Strawberry Lemon-Lime: This is summer in a glass. This well-rounded citrus treat hits you with the classic tangy combination of fresh lemons and limes, then follows with a strawberry punch to round out the fruit palate. We use fresh fruit purées to achieve this balanced formulation that works great as a stand-alone soda or as a tropical mixer for a summery rum or vodka cocktail. Our favorite way to drink this syrup is in hot toddies or hot tea - the perfect way to battle cold season! Yuzu is an incredibly diverse and delicious citrus from Southeast Asia from the same family as lemon and grapefruit.
