Mitchell Penelope Bag

$194.00
color
- +

The Penelope was designed to offer exclusively to our Flagship Shops. The name, in honor of Penelope, seven years full of glitter and sequins, she's a perfect blend of sass and softness. She leaves a little sparkle wherever she goes! Tucked inside each bag is a rhinestone BLING - with our tagline for the bag being FIND YOUR SPARKLE

It's the perfect bag to fit an adult sweater project and all the skeins needed to produce it. Each pocket was thoughtfully designed, to hold our made on the farm tools as well as one for a folded pattern. It holds pencils & needles and everything you might need. Including chocolate. It's tall enough to hold the majority of a bottle of wine. Just sayin.

The handles are made of vegetable tanned leather and will soften to a beautiful honey with use. There's a cotton drawstring top in case you need to shut everything in for TSA scrutiny. It would work great for a painting bag, or a diaper bag, whatever your heart desires!

Made by FarmHER Bekah right here on the farm

Designed by FarmHER Sherry

Lining made of woven Cotton duck with a cotton drawstring to close

Exterior is Waxed Cotton for water resistance- Spot clean only, waxed cotton is not machine washable

The waxed cotton will soften with age like leather, getting wrinkles and patina over time, **please note lighter colors show natural imperfections from the waxing process**

Real leather handles are secured to the bag with double reinforced metal grommets

One bag = 22 bales of hay for the flock

(Our critters consume 14 bales of locally grown hay per day from October - May when our pastures are resting. Your support puts hay in the barn and employs both the Mitchell team and the local hay grower.)
