Each of the women earn 3 times the standard wage in India and is guaranteed income security, like savings support and their own bank account. This minimizes their financial dependency on often abusive spouses, charity, or exploitative work. W+S also provides daycare services, interest free loans, family counseling and healthcare services. They also ensure school enrollment for the children of the women.
