HAPPY BIRTHDAY: Colorful birthday cake truffle center with confetti pieces in milk chocolate with Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa. Tastes like birthday wishes. Flavor notes: yellow cake, vanilla frosting with a hint of sweetness and surprising bursts of color.
MELTAWAY MINT: Meltaway Mint has serious Seattle Chocolate history. As one of their original flavors, this recipe of double-distilled peppermint oil infused into smooth milk chocolate is a longtime favorite of both loyal customers and the Seattle Chocolate family. Ellie Thompson, daughter of CEO and owner Jean Thompson and now a member of our Marketing team, grew up on Seattle Chocolate and is devoted to this bar. “My mom has gifted me 5 pounds of Meltaway Mint on every birthday since I was a little kid. It has been my favorite flavor for as long as I can remember and always my favorite present.” The mint is sourced from beautiful Yakima Valley, Washington: the milk chocolate is our original recipe.
MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE: Fresh  ground cinnamon, pure vanilla extract from Madagascar and a pinch of  cayenne pepper add flavor depth to this Mexican hot chocolate recipe  made in dark chocolate. 
SIP SIP HOORAY: Pop! Fizz! Yum! This bar is ready for celebrating. Crafted using a dark chocolate shell and dried raspberries in white chocolate, it also adds all natural popping candy that tickle the palate like champagne bubbles. Non alcoholic. Sip sip and hooray!

NEAPOLITAN: This might be our prettiest bar yet! Just like Neapolitan ice cream, our Neapolitan chocolate truffle bar is layered in three shades of goodness: Chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. On one side is 60% dark chocolate, while the bar’s flip side features a layer of creamy white chocolate. Another layer of white chocolate is blended with raspberry powder and all-natural strawberry flavor for a blushing pink center. Is it ice cream or a chocolate bar? Fans of this classic flavor trio might not taste the difference!

Seattle Chocolate is proud to partner with the Museum of Flight to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the very first moon landing. On July 20, 1969, the crew of the Apollo 11 stepped foot on the moon for the first time in Earth’s history. Flavor profile: creamy milk chocolate (32% cacao) with bits of natural popping candy. The Seattle Chocolate Bars are amazing. I won’t divulge my favorite but it is reminiscent of Marshall Field’s in day gone by. Wrapped in white paper with a snowman face and a little knitted cap, it makes a wonderful stocking stuffer or hostess gift.

Love the toffee!

I got one of the San Juan Sea Salt and it was yummy! I divided it up to make it last longer, but when I got to the 2nd half of the bar I gave in and ate the rest.... :-)
