Bantry Sustainable Backpack

These are the most popular bags at String Theory! They are the perfect size for carrying everything you need all around town. I've carried mine daily for almost a year and it looks brand new. Just the other day, I spilled a travel mug of coffee in it. I washed it out and you would never know.

Each Bantry has four straps for being carried on your back or by your side, with a front pocket closed by a sturdy zip, a secure inside pocket, as well as a laptop or tablet sleeve inside.

Made using the rPET sustainable Nylon, the bag has a smooth and glossy feel. It is then coated to make it water-resistant and finally put through a softening process to make it have a softer feel. And our nylon material is weather-resistant, lightweight, and as durable as all our ORI bags!

Medium
The Bantry B Medium option is the best thing to have your back. With a padded compartment for your laptop or tablet and enough space for a water bottle, a knitting project and more.
Each medium bag is 15.7in x 11.8in x 4.7in. The capacity is 14.39 litres (but we don't recommend that you fill it with water. 😆)

Impact
The Bantry bags are made from pre-consumer fabric waste such as scraps, rejects, offcuts and trimmings. They take this waste that would otherwise be thrown out and spin it into new material.

The maker of these bags is a certified B Corp. To get this accreditation they had to meet rigorous social and environmental standards which represent its commitment to goals outside of shareholder profit.

Great travel bag

I bought this before a week long driving trip. It holds a lot, and has pockets for organizing projects, wallet, etc. It sat between my feet in the car and was easy to pull up onto my lap if needed. I’m very happy with it!
