From the co-creators of DailyCreative, the online resource offering a daily dose of creativity for everyone, this energetic journal is filled with fun five-minute creative practices proven to spark creativity, boost happiness, and decrease stress.
Everyone has creativity within them, an inner aliveness—it’s the unique way that you synthesize and express your experience of the world around you. But creativity requires nourishment and practice, just like our muscles require exercise. Enter Daily Creative: a daily mini-workout for your creative brain!
Featuring more than 50 creative exercises, this colorful and encouraging journal offers:
Prompts for sketching, puzzling, doodling, free writing, and more.
A daily creative practice that can be done in five minutes; no specialty tools needed beyond a pen or pencil and markers or colored pencils.
Highlights of the specific advantages of each activity to guide you on a journey of discovery.
With a vibe of Wreck This Journal meets Two Minute Mornings, this artfully crafted prompted journal is designed to help non-creatives (or anyone who thinks they are not creative) cultivate a creativity habit, discover their innate creative potential, and unlock a state of play.
