PIKE PLACE ESPRESSO: A Seattle tradition and a must-have favorite. This dreamy dark chocolate is infused with decaffeinated, deep roasted and fine ground espresso. The perfect way to start your morning, or a sweet pick-me-up in the middle of a long day, this truffle bar is just what you need to satiate your chocolate fix and perk up your tastebuds. The coffee is ground and roasted at Joe's Garage, a local roaster less than 2 miles from our factory, so you know it's the freshest cup... or bar of coffee you've ever had.
CABIN S'MORES: Roll out the sleeping bags and put down the picnic blanket, it's time to re-live those sweet smokey summer nights 'round the campfire. This nostalgic truffle bar boasts sumptuous milk chocolate packed with graham crackers and a spark of toasted marshmallow flavor. Now an everyday flavor by popular demand, you can bite into a little taste of summer any time at all!
SALTED TOFFEE CRACKLE: Salty meets Toffee in this classic Rom-Com of a dark chocolate truffle bar. Bits of crunchy toffee are layered in a swath of silky dark chocolate. A pinch of Pacific Sea Salt brightens the flavor and checks the sweetness. What a pair!
SIP SIP HOORAY: Pop! Fizz! Yum! This bar is ready for celebrating. Crafted using a dark chocolate shell and dried raspberries in white chocolate, it also adds all natural popping candy that tickle the palate like champagne bubbles. Non alcoholic. Sip sip and hooray!
CAFE LATTE CRUNCH: Coffee with a side of chocolate? Yes, please. Decaf espresso and Demerara sugar. Flavor: Creamy milk chocolate infused with decaf espresso and crunchy, sparkling demerara sugar.
HUNGRY BLACKBERRY: Ripe blackberries and rich dark chocolate slow-dancing in the woods on a moonlit night. Flavor: Dark chocolate shell, white chocolate center with swirled with organic blackberry powder and natural flavors.
VIRGIN DIRTY SHIRLEY: The bar is inspired by Princess Donut’s favorite drink, the Virgin Dirty Shirley. It starts with sustainably sourced, delicious dark chocolate, melts into a creamy white chocolate center, and is packed with sweet, dried cherries and popping candy that crackles with fizzy magic. Or, as Donut herself would probably say: “Carl, if my chocolate doesn’t sparkle, what are we even doing here?”

Maeve is proud to ethically source their chocolate from Peru, West Africa, Tanzania, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic; and they do everything they can to ensure that their supply chain is putting people and the planet first.
SHIPPING
We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible via UPS or USPS. You can expect to receive your items within 5 - 10 days. If you have placed a PREORDER, please check the product description for delivery dates.
To pick up your order at String Theory, choose PICKUP IN STORE during checkout. Orders not picked up within 90 days will be considered legally abandoned and payment will be forfeited.
Domestic packages are shipped with an $8.95 flat rate. For orders over $100, the rate will be 10 cents(a little crazy, but true!)
We are no longer able to ship internationally.
Digital patterns will be delivered immediately for free via email with a link to download your purchase.
RETURNS
Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned for store credit within 6 months of purchase.
No returns or exchanges are available for sale items, trunk show purchases, shipping charges, preorders, or jewelry.

If String Theory cancels the class for any reason, we will refund your registration fee. If you are able to cancel at least one week prior to your scheduled class, you will receive a store credit for your registration fee. If you cancel less than a week prior to the class, you will receive store credit only if we are able to fill your spot. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide class make-ups.
String Theory Fan Club Cancellation Policy
Annual members can cancel anytime within the first 30 days for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. After 30 days there are no refunds on annual plans. Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time.
