Description:
Chair Yoga class especially designed for those who craft (knit, crochet, sew, spin, weave, etc). The main focus areas will be the upper body with special attention on hands and wrists. There will be a mixture of flowing movements along with gentle holds to release tension and cultivate ease. These accessible stretches will allow you to continue to enjoy your craft with less aches/pain. Class will be held seated in a chair provided. No additional props will be needed. Please dress in comfy clothing. Everyone is welcome, no prior yoga experience is required. Carol creates a unique and fun class, so expect to smile and laugh. All participants will receive a PDF with stretches they can repeat at home.
Carol (@CarolBaileyYoga) is a certified yoga teacher and has been enjoying teaching for 5 years. She loves to knit, crochet, golf and spend time with her labradoodle Maddie.
All of the proceeds from this class will be donated to the Hinsdale Humane Society.
