Wonder Woman Wrap
This Wonder Woman Wrap pattern was released in July of 2017 and I think I cast on pretty soon after that. I remember it being the kind of pattern that I really enjoyed: set your markers, knit for a while, reset your markers, knit some more. But for some reason, I set it down and didn't pick it up again. I imagine that it was because we stopped carrying the yarn and I had to move on to make a shop sample in something you could actually buy.
But last week, I picked it up again. I was right. I really did enjoy knitting on it. And once I figured out where I'd left off, it actually went pretty quickly.
As I said, we don't have this yarn anymore, but I put together a few ideas below, of yarns we do have, that I think would be lovely.
- Migration Traveler Sedona
- Knitted Wit Glazed Over Carrots
- Migration Monarch Falls Gold
- Migration Traveler Sock Garnet
- Dream in Color Smooshy Cashmere February
- Migration Traveler Georgia Peach
I stayed with the red and gold theme, but people on Ravelry have used all sorts of beautiful combinations. I recommend you take a look.
I've also heard from customers that have made this wrap for the wonder women in their lives: pink "w" on a gray background for a friend battling breast cancer, school colors for a recent graduate and so on...
Please post pictures of yours and tag us on Instagram #stringtheoryyarnco so I can see what combination you chose.
